Afraid to Fail?

What if I try and fail?  We all fail.  Then, why are we afraid of it.  I'd rather try and fail rather than fail because I never tried.

If we hold on to comfort, we will never embrace God's best. 20 years from now we will regret the opportunities to risk rather than the risks we took, but failed.

Let's not pray for safety, but for opportunities. If we knew how much God loved us, we would fear less but risk more.

Am I a failure

You're going to have to fail a lot to get where God wants you to be.  It's like missing a shot in basketball.
Missing a lot of shots means that you're taking a lot of shots.  If you're not missing shots, you're only shooting layups.
