The Spirit of Fear
2 Timothy 1:7 (ESV)
7 for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.
If you have a spirit of fear, you didn't get it from God. Fear comes from the world, the news, social media, and friends. Just because the world places a package of fear at your door. It doesn't mean that you have to open it.
